Return Policy
Cancelling an Order:
Once an order has been placed and processed, no cancellation or changes to the order is allowed. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy will apply.
Returns Policy:
If an item is defective upon receipt, please send us an e-mail to five2co@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt to return for a refund. Please include your order number, a picture of the damage or defect, and a description of the issue. Please ensure that the product you are returning is in the same condition, and in the original packaging as it was received. If 7 days have gone by since you received your merchandise, sadly we cannot provide a refund. Please note that customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
